Reopening of our School - August

Dear Parents/Guardians & Children,
Hope you have all been safe and well. The school has been inspected by the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Basic Education and the Gaborone City Council for Covid-19 compliance and we have been given the approval to open.
School will reopen for all the standards including Reception on Tuesday 18th August 2020. Main gates will open at 6.50am.
We kindly request upper school parents to drop off children at their designated drop off point and drive out to ease congestion.
The collection timings will be the same as before the 3rd lockdown.
Collection timings
Reception & Standard 1s- Monday to Friday – 12.45pm to 1pm
Standard 2s- Monday to Friday – 1pm to 1.15pm
Standards 3 & 4- Monday to Friday – 1.15pm to 1.30pm
Standards 5 to 7- Monday to Wednesday- 2.15pm to 2.30pm
Standards 5 to 7- Thursday and Friday – 1.30 to 1.45pm
Kindly note parents having more than one child in the school may collect all children at the same time.
We request parents not to bring/send children to school if they are coughing, sneezing, have fever and/or are having any other flu like symptoms.
Kindly ensure that children are wearing masks before they leave home for school.
